• Standard shipping: UPS Ground 1-5 days, depending on your location. 

• Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.

• APO/Military: USPS Priority (no tracking available)

Due to high order volume, new product launch events, holiday season, and special event/Black Friday sale orders will ship from our facility in 5-10 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

ORDERS

Orders received by 11am EST are typically processed within 1 business day. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped. Processing time may be longer for APO/Military addresses.

You will receive a shipping confirmation WHEN THE LABEL FOR YOUR ORDER IS PRINTED. If you have received a shipping confirmation, but are unable to track the item, YOUR ORDER IS STILL BEING PROCESSED. It will begin tracking when it is scanned by the shipping carrier.

Please be advised that processing time may be longer during high-volume sales or promotions. We appreciate your patience.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept requests to combine shipping, add/delete items, or change your address once your order has been placed.

Once an order is processed and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

TheDoux.com does not accept returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final. In the case of missing or incorrect items, please contact customerservice@thedoux.com.

We do not accept exchanges. If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we will happily replace your merchandise with the correct item ordered. Claims for replacement must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) along with your order number to customerservice@thedoux.com.

The Doux LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.

The Doux is not responsible for undelivered packages, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. If your packages is returned to us unopened due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and $5.00 restocking fee within 14 days of when the parcel is returned to us by the carrier. Please allow 14 days for payment reversal. We will not re-ship your returned package, or process a refund if the package has been opened.

If you purchased The Doux from another retailer and would like to process a return, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased.

When an item in high demand sells out unexpectedly, it may be placed on back-order. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items and provide store credit for the back-ordered item(s).
