Due to high-order volume caused by new product launch events, holiday sales, promotions, and special events, please allow orders to ship from our facility within 5-10 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the U.S., U.S. territories, or A.P.O.s.

Order Inquiries

Expect orders to be processed from our facility within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Processing times may take longer for APO/Military Addresses.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept requests to combine shipping, add/delete items, or change your address once your order has been moved to our warehouse for fulfillment. Reach out to customerservice@thedoux.com if you have any questions.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when the label for your order is printed. If you have received a shipping confirmation, but are unable to track the item, your order is still being processed. It will begin tracking when it is scanned by the shipping carrier.

Please be advised that processing time may be longer during high-volume sales or promotions. We appreciate your patience.

TheDoux.com does not accept returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final. In the case of missing or incorrect items, please contact customerservice@thedoux.com.

Once an order is processed and moved to our warehouse for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. Reach out to customerservice@thedoux.com if you have any questions.

We do not accept exchanges. If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we will happily replace your merchandise with the correct item ordered. Claims for replacement must be made within 10 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) along with your order number to customerservice@thedoux.com.

The Doux LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Reach out to customerservice@thedoux.com so that we can connect you with your ship insurance solution or assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be guaranteed for lost/stolen packages.

The Doux is not responsible for undelivered packages, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. Returned/refused shipments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee that a refund or replacement will be facilitated. Reach out to customerservice@thedoux.com to connect you with your ship insurance solution and address your failed delivery.

The Doux is not responsible for items purchased from one of our retail partners. If you purchased The Doux from another retailer and would like to process a return, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased.

When an item in high demand sells out unexpectedly, it may be placed on backorder. In the case that the backordered item will be available within 10 business days, the order will be split, and you will receive the backordered item at a later date. In the case that the backordered item will NOT be available within 10 business days, the order will be split, and you will receive a refund for the backordered item.
